Trade Meeting Attendees:
Members and Government Employees:* Free to attend.
Government Employees may attend for free on a space-permitting basis.
Non-Members: **Three free meeting attendances.
**Non-member registration is subject to Board approval and room capacity limits. Non-members may attend up to three meetings (in person or virtual). After the third attendance, the organization must join NCITD as members to attend and participate in future meetings.

Regarding Winter Meetings: In case of inclement weather, NCITD follows the OPM.gov status in terms of delays or closures (Federal Government Operating Status, https://www.opm.gov). If there is a two hour delay or closure, NCITD will cancel the meeting and reschedule at a later date.
