Victor Leite

Penn State Law

Victor Leite is a rising 2L at Penn State Law with a background in international trade law and policy. Before law school, Victor worked as a foreign trade analyst at the Brazilian Government, focusing on WTO matters and trade remedy proceedings. Victor also worked at the Brazilian Antitrust Authority. He is currently a summer associate at King & Spalding's International Trade Group. Victor received his LL.B. and his Mater's degree from the Universidade de Brasília. Victor is a co-author of the book "Trade Remedies and Corporate Law: affiliated parties in anti-dumping investigations," published in 2021.
